Cleaning

We provide a thorough cleaning of your property. Here's a part of what we do and the general order in which we do our work

• Make assessment of property to check for damage, loss or maintenance issues. (Using a checklist form)
  • All Lights Working
  • Remotes/TVs working
  • Damage/loss to Towels, Bedding, furniture, carpet, etc.
  • Maintenance issues with door knobs off, towel racks loose, etc
  • Inspect for forgetful guest belongings in drawers, etc
• Remove all trash.
• Check dishwasher for dishes, if dirty, start washer.
• Sweep off front entry and rear deck.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms including mopping of floors and base board cleaning.
• Check vanity drawers for hair, toothpaste and wipe clean
• Clean vanity tops and mirrors.
• Hang all towels in our unique "Pristine Fold"
• Leave tissue, soap and shampoo samples
• Strip all bedding and make beds with fresh clean linens.
• Dust / wipe down all furniture, decor and fixtures.
• Broom off and/or wet clean baseboards in all rooms
• Inspect for and remove debris under and behind furniture, unfold hide-a-bed sofa, inspect under cushions.
• Remove leftover items from refrigerator and wipe clean
• Clean  microwave and stove
• Put away dishes
• Clean and sanitize all counter tops and wipe down cabinet faces
• Inspect for and remove crumbs from drawers
• Mop and vacuum floors
